Young Enterprise Malta (www.youngenterprise.org.mt) is seeking new business advisers to help post- secondary students participating in the 2005-2006 HSBC company programme.
The business adviser's role is one of the most important within the Young Enterprise structure as it provides the students with a link to a person with direct experience of the business world.
"Young Enterprise (YE) already has a significant number of professionals who give their free time to help students learn about the real world of business," YE's chief executive Rachelle Tabone said.
"Our business advisers include many people who, in the past, benefited from the 'learning by doing' experience which YE offers. This year we aim to give more students the opportunity to take part in the HSBC company programme so we would like more people to come forward and help us provide this enterprise education experience to post-secondary students."
Past achievers of the Young Enterprise Programme and other professionals working in private or public enterprises who wish to help can contact YE on tel: 2124-4991 or on 7924-4991.
YE's main sponsor is HSBC Bank Malta plc. It is also supported by the Ministry for Education and Employment, Air Malta, Maltacom Group, Tumas Group, Intercomp, Jos. Vincenti & Co, the Malta Tourism Authority, M. Demajo Group, Playmobil Malta Limited, Traplas Limited, and Gutenberg Press.
