The Luqa Briffa garden in Zejtun is being restored by the local council as a tribute to its designer, architect Mikiel Cachia.

The garden, also known as Il-gnien tal-kmand, is one of the historic attractions in Zejtun, dating back to the times of British rule in Malta. The restoration work is being carried out with the assistance of the restoration unit of the resources ministry.
