Two Maltese euro bill trackers have joined their Italian counterparts in the second Italian EBT meeting which was held in Rome. They visited Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and the Vatican City, among other places.

The group was made up of 17 Italian and two Maltese euro bill trackers who follow the track of euro bills by inputting their serial numbers into www.eurobilltracker.eu.

Presently there are over 70 Maltese users and an average of 167 notes are keyed in daily by users in Malta The site boasts of 126,000 users from all over Europe with an average of 43,000 notes imputed daily, and an average of 266 of these, are found by a second user each day.

The majority of European countries organise one meeting during the year, while an International Meeting is held once a year in different EU countries. This year's International meeting will be held in Slovenia between the August 22 and 24.
