Farmers driving cattle down a street during the so-called Allgaeuer Viehscheid cattle drive yesterday at the Waltners Alpe mountain near the village of Oberstaufen, southern Germany. During the traditional Almabtrieb event, cow herds are brought from alpine pastures, where they stay during the summer, to their stables in the valley.
