This year marks Tottenham Hotspur Club Malta’s 30th anniversary.
As part of the celebrations to mark this occasion, Tottenham Hotspur legend Paul Miller is currently here on a short visit during which he will meet up with the Spurs supporters and football followers altogether.
Miller played for the White Hart Lane outfit between 1977 and 1987 during which time he won the FA Cup in 1980-81 and 1981-82 and the UEFA Cup in 1983-84.
He was the scorer of the away goal in the 1-1 draw (in the first leg) of the UEFA Cup final against Anderlecht.
Today, Miller will meet Tottenham supporters at the club in St Frederick Street, Valletta from 5.15 p.m. onwards.
Those who attend will have time to chat with the former Spurs player and take pictures to mark the occasion. Miller will also follow the Barclays Premier League derby between Chelsea and Tottenham at the club this evening.
Miller’s visit is being supported by Grand Hotel Excelsior and Wembley Motors Ltd.
