Diamonds International recently launched two limited edition Omega watches: the Olympic Collection Speedmaster and the Space Collection Apollo/Soyuz Speedmaster Professional.
The Olympic collection is a reflection of Omega’s unparalleled history in sports timekeeping, which dates back to 1905.
The Speedmaster chronograph watches in the Olympic collection feature five sub-dials positioned in the shape of Olympic rings.
The jewelled models have bezel rings dramatically paved with 60 full-cut diamonds and a minute track with an additional 120 diamonds. Their cases are made of 18 carat white gold.
The masculine Apollo/Soyuz watch from Omega’s Space collection pays homage to the historic Apollo/Soyuz space mission.
The Omega Space collection Apollo/Soyuz was designed especially to honour that significant event in world and space history: Omega has manufactured a watch with a dial created from a meteorite.
This makes each Apollo/Soyuz watch even more special: since no two pieces of the meteorite are exactly alike.
This 35th anniversary luxury watch features all that is expected of Omega Speedmaster watches. It is is a manual-winding chronograph featuring the same mechanism worn by the members of the Apollo/Soyuz mission.
It also features 18 jewels, a polished-brushed case, a black aluminium ring with tachymeter scale on bezel and a commemorative engraving of the historic event on the back of its casing.
Both limited edition watches are available at the Diamonds International outlet at Portomaso.
