Last Sunday the Scout Movement celebrated Founder’s Day, the birthday of Lord Baden-Powell. The Victoria and Xagħra Scout Group organised a parade through the streets of Victoria, followed by Mass and the investiture of five Cubs at the Good Shepherd church in Victoria. Scout Association Chief Commissioner Leslie Bonnici was present. Seen here are the two groups outside the church.
