(Serves 4 to 6)

250 ml double cream
4 to 6 tbsps Seville
Orange curd

To make this rich dessert, simply whip the cream, fold in the curd, spoon into wine glasses and chill or freeze. If freezing, remember to allow the parfaits to soften in the refrigerator for a while before serving.

This is perfect, served with shortbread fingers or almond biscuits.
