St Elias College, a secondary school run by the Carmelite Friars, recently held its prize-giving ceremonies. The evenings’ programme included songs by the Form 1 students, music by the college band and the play entitled Min Jiflaħ Iħawwel, an adaptation from William Golding’s Lord of the Flies. Rose Anne Cuschieri, director for Education Services for Church Schools, presided over the events.
