I am one of the thousands who wait for a bus to go to work in the presence of smokers. When are bus stops and bus terminals going to be made smoke free?

And, while I am at it, why is the ban on smoking in bars and playing fields not being enforced? Recently, I had an appointment with a friend at a bar but had to wait for him outside because there were so many people smoking inside.
