Ingredients
150g white fish
15g sweetcorn
15g green peas
2 egg yolks
20g custard powder
5g black pepper powder
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Method
Cut the fish into bite-size chunks. Mix the fish with the sweetcorn, green peas, egg yolk, custard powder and sugar.
Deep-fry in oil at 200°C for five minutes.
Remove from oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
