If you’re looking to sell a house but know how difficult it can be – stop worrying for a moment and consider a genuine alternative to your current real estate options.

Recently launched in Malta, HomeSaleMalta.com promises a fresh approach for buyers and sellers, with a 100 per cent online and 100 per cent commission-free approach that is renowned overseas for its fast and effective success.

“We’re not a listing agency that waits for a ‘chance’ buyer to find you,” explained company founder Julie Mckenzie.

“Our mission is to get your property out there in front of every potential buyer in Malta, or anywhere else in the world for that matter, as well as to save you thousands in commission fees in the process.

“We reach out to potential buyers nationally and internationally using every medium that is available to us, and we do everything that you would expect from your real estate agent, to get your property from ‘listed’ to ‘sold’,” she said.

Having developed and sold properties for 30 years locally and overseas, Mckenzie, originally from the UK, has a specialised understanding of the industry and how to get a property moving.

“From home staging to the perfect photography, we have the knowledge and we’re here to help,” she added.

“As a result we have already experienced success for our clients and interest is growing every day.”

HomeSaleMalta.com works by charging a nominal upfront fee that covers all of its services and then takes absolutely no commission once the property is sold. The €299+VAT charge includes the property set-up on the website, a set of professional photos that sell the property inside and out, the creation of professional floor plans, and local and international advertising.

“Our extensive network includes property lawyers, notaries and architects, as well as our sales specialists, so we have all aspects covered.

“We put a real focus on customer care and are here to take the hassle out of real estate. We believe we can prove to Maltese buyers and sellers that there is a better and more effective way of selling or buying a house. We are absolutely dedicated to getting people moving and I really do believe this is the future of real estate in Malta,” Mckenzie said.
