Birkirkara have reached an agreement to re-sign Frank Temile, the Premier League club said on their website.

The Nigerian winger had a one-year spell with the Stripes in 2013-14.

Temile, who burst onto the scene as an agile and speedy teenager with Valletta in season 2007/08, played for Qormi and Naxxar Lions last term.

Elsewhere, Qormi confirmed this evening that they have serious financial difficulties. They denied offloading players but said they are having talks with a number of them.
