It is extraordinary that one can be so lucky in the VAT lottery that is drawn every month.

I could not help but noticing that a lucky person has had the following winnings and, lucky for him, the prizes keep growing higher and higher. Here they are: July 2015 - €233; November 2015 - €233; December 2015- €550; March 2016 (last month’s draw) - €1,569.

I have heard of third time lucky but four winnings in a matter of nine months! Can it be that out of thousands of receipts, it is this lucky winner’s that is picked up every time?

Otherwise, one might be tempted to harbour suspicions.
