No amount of apologies by Air Malta can satisfy customers who have their flights cancelled.

Last September, I had my flight from Orly cancelled at the last moment. Now, I get to know that my pre-booked flight to Rome in February has changed on both legs. This has cost me extra hotel expenses and all I have to show is an apology from Air Malta.

Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi had better add more aircraft to the fleet rather than boast about the extra routes he is promoting.
