The stomach-turning item ‘Business community silent as Corinthia deal goes ahead” (January 18) is really indicative of the very poor state Malta is in when it comes to cleanliness, righteousness and honesty.

The business community is silent on such a scandalous, dirty deal. If they had said “we have no words” it would have meant a lot.
