Malta Enterprise will be re-opening its Tripoli office following months of work to assist Maltese companies hit by the conflict in North Africa.

The corporation said that it was happy to announce that Maltese companies managed to continue operations in Libya even though this was done at varying levels.

The Libya commercial office will be a point of contact for all Malta Enterprise services and offer support for businessmen and entrepreneurs seeking or wanting to establish further commercial links with Libya.

The office will be officially re-opened on Monday to provide assistance on the ground and to continue to deliver the services it had done prior to the conflict.

The corporation said that although the option of opening an office in Benghazi was being considered it became clear that Tripoli would be the main business centre and so an office there was essential.

The office shall also maintain the same contact details and can be reached on (+218) 213351462 and e-mail address: libya.office@maltaenterprise.com.
