The Oasi Foundation in Victoria recently held an open day on the 20th anniversary of its foundation.

Family Minister Chris Said unveiled a commemorative plaque in the presence of Oasi director general Fr Manwel Cordina, Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono and former Speaker Anton Tabone.

Fr Cordina celebrated a thanksgiving Mass, followed by various activities for all the family, including a Harley Davidson motorbike show, bouncing castle for children, face painting, guided tours of the centre, former clients’ experiences, a White Elephant stall and a show by The Greenfields and the Victoria Scout Group.

Dr Tabone was presented with a memento for his continous help and support for the foundation.
