On the sixth anniversary of its operations in Malta, Palumbo Malta Shipyard Ltd will open its doors to the public as a way of expressing appreciation towards the people who have contributed, in many ways, to reaching the success it is currently enjoying.
An open day is being held at the Palumbo Malta Shipyard in Paola, on Sunday from 10am to 8.30pm, (entrance from Għajn Dwieli Road).
The site will be transformed into family friendly premises with entertainment for all. The day’s itinerary is jam-packed with activities ranging from go karting to a mega slide, bouncy castle, magic show, clown show and magic train, all of which will be free.
A concert by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra will be held at 6pm. Special guests will include this year’s representative for the Eurovision Song Contest, Ira Losco, as well as Maltese tenor Joseph Calleja.
