Air Malta’s formation flypast with the RAF Red Arrows was today’s highlight for the thousands who again visited the Malta International Airshow.

The show, which is now in its 22nd edition, also included  displays by the  Italian Frecce Tricolori and Spanish Patrulla Aguila, were also on display.

The Missione Militare Italiana Malta gave a search and rescue demonstration and the RAF Tucano, theCzech Air Force L-159 Alca and the Swiss Air Force F-18C Hornet gave solo displaya.

Many other aircraft were on display.

The air show is organised by the Malta Aviation Society and Malta International Airport and is supported by AirX, a private luxury air charter company, and the Armed Forces of Malta.
