AGIUS. On December 4, CARMELO, went to meet the Risen Lord, aged 92. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Joe, Maria Dolores and her husband Charles, Madelene and her husband Martin, his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, December 6, at 8am, for Santa Venera parish church where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 8.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Fondazzjoni Daqqa t’Id, Santa Venera, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
CAMILLERI. On Tuesday, December 4, JOE, passed away peacefully at home, aged 78. He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Lilian, his sons Sandro and his wife Nick, Claude and his wife Charlene, his brother Tony and his wife Doris, his granddaughters Ilena and Leona, other relatives and many friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei mortuary tomorrow at 1.15pm for St Mary’s parish church (knisja l-qadima), Birkirkara. Mass will be said at 2pm, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to charitable institutions would be greatly appreciated. INGUANEZ. On December 5, NELLY, went to meet the Risen Lord, aged 89. She leaves to mourn her loss her son John and his wife Darlene, her grandson Nicholas, her brother Alfred and his wife Evelyn, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Gozo General Hospital on Friday, December 7, at 3.30pm, for St Anthony’s church, Għajnsielem, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 4pm, followed by interment at Għajnsielem cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
VELLA. On December 2, at Mater Dei Hospital, PHILIP of Pietà, passed away aged 85, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Alice, née Cachia, his son Francesco, his brothers and their respective families, his sister, his sister-in-law, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be said on Friday, December 7, at 2.30pm, at Siġġiewi parish church, followed by interment at Siġġiewi cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
