BORG OLIVIER de PUGET. On July 23, at her residence, MONICA, of Balzan, passed away peacefully to meet the Risen Lord, aged 89, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Rosemarie, her cousins, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, July 27, at 8am for Our Lady of the Annunciation parish church, Balzan, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8.30am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
PACE BALZAN. On July 25, JOHN PACE BALZAN, MD, FRCS, aged 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his dear wife Nathalie, née Schranz, his beloved children Jacqui, Peter and his wife Elania, and his treasured granddaughter Cristina; his brothers Louis, George and his wife Carole, Alfred and Tony; his in-laws Joan Consiglio, Anthony Schranz and Irene Naudi; his nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated tomorrow, Thursday July 27, at 8.30am at St Venera parish church, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
RAGONESI. Suddenly, on July 24, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANDRE, aged 55, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Deeply mourned by his beloved mother Tania, née Arcidiacono, his cherished sister Anita, his brother Roberto and his wife Joanna together with their children Matteo and Mina, his brother Carlo and Sharon together with their children Luca and Nina, uncles and aunts, numerous cousins, other relatives and friends. Mass, praesente cadavere, celebrating Andre’s life will be said tomorrow at 9am at St Julian’s parish church, followed by interment in the family vault at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. May he rest in eternal peace in the loving hands of God.
SCICLUNA. On July 25, at her residence, JOSEPHINE, of Senglea, residing at Msida, aged 83, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons Anthony and his wife Rita, Mark and his wife Elaine, her grandchildren Michela, Jamie, Carla and Karl, her siblings, her husband’s siblings and their families, her friends Josephine Theuma and Miriam Borg, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Thursday, July 27, at 7.30am, for St Joseph parish church, Msida, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 8am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant her eternal rest.
