AGIUS. On November 17, at Mater Dei Hospital, CARMELO known as Charlie, of Cospicua, passed away serenely at the age of 79, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his devoted wife Antoinette née Micallef, his only daughter Rene, his precious granddaughters Giulia and Laura, his brother Wistin living in Australia, his brothers-in-law Sonny, Joe and Michael, their respective spouses, his nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Tuesday, November 20, at 1.15pm, for Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception parish church, Cospicua, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Puttinu Cares and Hospice Movement, Balzan, would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

CILIA. On November 18, at St Vincent de Paul Residence, SEBASTIAN of Qormi, aged 81 years, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Deeply missed by his wife Arthemis nèe Cassar, his family and his wife’s family, relatives and friends in Malta and Australia. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Tuesday, November 20, at 1.30pm for St Sebastian parish church, Qormi, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2pm followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Hospice Movement and id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest. Special thanks to all the staff at St Joseph Ward 1, St Vincent de Paul Residence, for their care and dedication.

MICALLEF – ANTONIA. Treasured memories of a mother and grandmother on the 25th anniversary of her meeting with the Risen Lord.
