CASSAR. On November 17, JOSEPHINE, mother of Mark Carani, aged 51, went to meet the Risen Lord and her sister Doris. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her son Mark, her sisters and brothers, Rita, Carmen, Sylvia and Katie, Mario, Leonard and Ganni, their families and friends. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday, November 24, at 8am for Stella Maris parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 8.30am, followed by interment at Bubaqra cemetery, Żurrieq. No flowers by request but donations to the Salesians of Don Bosco, Sliema, would be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest. MORAN. On November 20, at Karin Grech Rehabilitation Hospital, Dr VINCENT MORAN of Cospicua, residing at Paola, aged 86, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his sisters Mary and Rose, his in-law Carmena and her family, his nieces and nephews, Miriam, Carmen, Rita, Lorraine, Sandra, Joanne, Rosette and Thomas, Carmen, Victor, Joe, Ganni, Tessie, Joanne and their respective families, and other close relatives, amongst whom Dr Salvinu Grixti, Dr Yan Chircop and Marion Chircop. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital today, Thursday, November 22, at 9.30am, for Christ the King parish church, Paola, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 10am, followed by interment in the family grave at St Gregory Cemetery, Żejtun. SCHEMBRI. On November 20, CARMELO of Guardamangia, aged 88, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Giovanna, née Borg Bonaci, his children Veronica and Paul, Giuseppe and Vera, Natalie, Brian and Olga, his grandchildren Francesco, Karmichael, Vika, Karina, Ilya, Lev, Joanna and their families, great-grandchildren, his sister and in-laws. The funeral cortège leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Saturday, November 24, at 8.15am, for St Cajetan parish church, Ħamrun, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am, followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
