BONELLO. On July 4, Mario of Sliema, aged 77, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Marlene, née Ebejer, his dear children Roberta and Paul Mifsud Bonnici and their children Thomas and his fiancée Kristina, Anne and her husband Laszlo Szabadka and Philip; James and Gabi and their children Nicholas and Sam; Angela and David Abela and their children Kristina, Lisa and Emma; his brothers and in-laws and their families. CAMILLERI. On July 4, SALVU, aged 74, of Eddie’s Bar, from Valletta, passed away peacefully at Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Emily, his children Catherine and her husband Vince, Edward and his wife Joanna, Karl, his grand­children Michelle, Edward Jr. and Christian, his sisters Tessie, Imelda, Doris and her husband Len and their families, his wife’s sister Marlene and her husband Victor, other relatives and friends. MANGION. On July 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, ALFRED of Paola and residing in Attard, aged 74, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Pauline, his daughter Marcelle and her husband Michael, his grandsons Lee and Matthew, his granddaughter Donna, his sisters, his brothers and sisters-in-law, their respective spouses, children and all other relatives and friends. SCHEMBRI. On July 1, LOUIS, (also known as Ta’ Lucky Bar) of Msida aged 44, husband of Bridgitte, passed away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss Carl, his brother-in-law Alex and his wife Magdalene, his nephews Tyson and and his wife Marilynn, Dale, his father-in-law Emanuel, relatives and friends. SCICLUNA. On July 5, at Mater Dei Hospital, ANTHONY, from Msida and residing in Sliema, aged 77, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He will be deeply missed his caring wife Sylvia, his children Claire and her husband Jason, Diane and her husband Robert, his grandchildren Katelyn and Kristina, Ethel widow of his brother Lino, his sisters-in-law Margaret and her husband Alex and Louise, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, July 8 at 8.30am for Jesus of Nazareth parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. TABONE – ANTHONY GEORGE. With deep sorrow we would like to inform family and friends of the death of Tony who passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5 at the age of 68, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. Tony leaves a sorrowful void for his beloved wife Vicky, née Callus, after a long and happy life together. Mourning his sad loss also are his loving children Paula and Sandro, Peter and Francesca and Francesca and James, his grandchildren Julia, Alex and Edward whom he loved so much; his brothers and sister, Franz and Ann, John and Christine, Joseph and Vivien, Rosanne and JoJo Gingell Littlejohn and Paul, as also his sister-in-law Myriam Chemel, nephews and nieces, relatives and the numerous true friends he made in the pursuit of sport and his many other interests. FARRUGIA – LUCY. Since childhood you were for me Auntie Lucy, an unrelated auntie but an important person because of long standing friendship bonds. I still regret not saying ‘bye’ because I was away when you closed your eyes but rest assured that I will cherish our extreme respect and love towards me. Sandra.

MICALLEF – PAUL of Rabat. In ever loving memory of a very dear father, grandfather and great-grandfather on the 27th anniversary of his demise. Always in our hearts and prayers. Sadly missed by his daughter Tessie and her husband Victor Shaw and family. May the Lord grant him eternal rest.
