On August 10, at Mater Dei Hospital, CHARLES, widower of Mary Rose, née Demicoli, of Sliema, residing at Casa Arkati, Mosta, aged 81, peacefully went to meet the Risen Lord, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his sad loss his dear children Gaby and Ole, Conrad and Geraldine, his beloved granddaughters Sara, Michelle and Rachel, his sisters Pia and Victor Coppini, Marie-Louise Busuttil and Helen Cefai, Joyce, widow of his brother Joseph Attard, his in-laws Silvio, Victor and Hilda, Ray and Angela, Charles and Daniela, Astrid, widow of Edward Demicoli and Bernardette, widow of Saviour Demicoli, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, August 14 at 9am for Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema, where Mass præsente cadavere will be celebrated at 9.30am, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Id-Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest. CAVALLARI. ON August 9, in Mantova, Italy, ANNAMARIA, aged 78, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church, with both daughters Hilda and Giorgia at her side. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

She leaves to mourn her loss her children Carmen, Joyce and her husband Philip Hili, Rita, widow of Vincent Azzopardi, Miriam and her husband Mario Galea, Oliver and his wife Maria née Tanti, and Hilda and her husband Herbert Sant, her grandchildren Ethel, Sandro, Claire, Robert, John and his wife Annaluce, James, Martina, Mark, David, Sarah, Julia, Elena and Andrew, their fiancés, her great-grandchild Gabriele, her brother Carmelo Abela, other relatives, her carer Anna Fsadni and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Wednesday, August 16 at 3.30pm for St Mary’s parish church, Dingli, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 4pm, followed by interment at Dingli cemetery. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons Aldo and his wife Dora, Mario and his wife Mariella, Katia, widow of her son Pino, her granddaughters Claudia and her husband Owen Camilleri, Tiziana and her husband Nicolo’ Baldacchino Orland, and Francesca, and her great-grandchildren Zac, Amy, Meg and Philippa. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow, Monday, August 14 at 9am for the Divine Mercy Sanctuary, Naxxar, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 9.30am followed by interment in the family grave at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery (entrance from back gate).
