ARQ Group achieved another milestone in its growth as a leading professional services organisation when it was recently accepted as a corporate member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC). This makes ARQ Group the first Maltese private firm to be approved as a full member of this leading global forum.

The IMC is the foremost international association for investment migration and citizenship by investment. Formed by top-tier experts in the field, it aims to bring together key stakeholders to drive the highest possible ethics and standards across this fast-growing international industry.

This membership will give ARQ the opportunity to contribute directly to discussion and debate on important issues, as well as to represent Malta’s growing profile in this industry.

Nicky Gouder, ARQ Group’s Tax and Private Clients Partner, said: “We are delighted to be approved as IMC members. We have focused on investment migration as one of our key business areas in recent years and have built a solid core of expertise in investment migration across the board, so being accepted as peers by this leading forum of experts really validates our efforts. It will allow us to develop even further by giving us access to the latest thinking on developments in the industry and a voice in how issues are discussed.”

The IMC is based in Geneva and has representative offices in New York, London and, shortly, in Shanghai. The Council’s Governing Board and Advisory Committee is made up of many distinguished individuals from the global investment migration field.
