Recently a lady foreigner ex­pressed her amazement that minis­ters in office implicated in wrongdoing were still going about their business normally, whereas in any EU State they would be suspended until all allegations were proven or disproven.

So you can imagine what a laugh I had when reading that Prime Minister Joseph Muscat assumed responsibility for financial services regulation while not revealing to the electorate the full Egrant report.
