I keep hoping St John’s Co-Cathedral Foundation will heed my appeals and consider having an art studio at the planned Caravaggio Centre where students learn about the great artist’s technique and tourists would enjoy watching artists at work. Look at what happened at Ta’ Qali crafts village, which attracts so many tourists wanting to see artisans working.

Let’s go to the public. Let’s teach our children such techniques. I am willing to offer my artistic talent and, surely, other artists would follow suit and assist in such a venture.

I appeal to the Church in Malta to speak with St John’s Co-Cathedral Foundation about my idea of having an art academy for Caravaggisti followers.

I appeal to those artists, art historians and art critics who support my appeal to contact me at PO Box 16, Msida.
