Young Jean Sammut took up the sport of karting in October but is already showing great promise driving Bambino and Honda Cadet go-karts which can reach speeds of up to 30 mph. Six-year-old Sammut first started racing at Buckmore Park, one of the top UK circuits where F1 champions Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button used to compete in their younger days. Last weekend, Sammut showed great control and overtaking ability to win his first race at Buckmore on a damp track. He finished first out of 24 participants in his category.
