National goalkeeper Justin Haber will be escorted to court under arrest after failing to turn up for a sitting today in which he was the accused.

The Hibernians FC player is being charged with insulting a traffic warden.

Magistrate Joe Mifsud found him in contempt of court and slapped him with a €250 fine.

A warrant for his arrest was also issued. This means the 34-year-old will be escorted to court by the police for the next sitting on June 13.
