Massimo Cremona has just taken part in the Grand Prix of Vienna, better known as the Royal Flash Cup. He lived up to his favourite tag and reached the final but was beaten 1-0 by home player Marcus Matzinger.

The final saw Cremona dictating play for most of the game, adopting an attacking approach. However, from a counter attack in the last three minutes, Matzinger scored the winning goal after catching the Maltese player's defence unbalanced.

In the quarter-final Cremona beat Gult, of Austria, 6-0, and in the semi-final he outsmarted Austria champion Wolfgang Leitner 2-1.

Cremona, along with Joseph Mifsud, will now travel to Northern Ireland to play in the Grand Prix of Belfast.
