Gzira Utd vs Rabat

Sliema vs Pieta Hotspurs

Matches to be played on February 15-16.

The semi-finals will be played as follows

Gzira-Rabat vs Naxxar-Valletta
Sliema-Pieta vs Qormi-Birkirkara

Matches are to be played on March 19.
