Christopher Bartolo, 31 of Fontana, Gozo, has been remanded in custody after having been accused before the court in Gozo of having been in possession of cannabis resin which was not for his own use. He was also accused of trafficking and violating the conditions of a previous court sentence. He pleaded not guilty. Inspector Bernard Spiteri prosecuted.
