Hospice Malta is holding its annual midnight walk on Friday September 14.

There will be two routes, both starting from Buġibba square – a four-kilometre, one-hour walk starting at 10.30pm and a nine-kilometre, two-hour walk, also starting at 10.30pm.

Activities for all the family will start at 9pm at Buġibba square.

Transport will be provided from Mosta square to Buġibba square, leaving at 8.30pm-9pm sharp. Registration is against a donation of €10 per person. Children aged up to 12 can walk for free.

Registrations can be done and paid online by visiting www.hospicemalta.org or the Hospice Malta facebook page. Alternatively, one can fill in the registration form and send it with the donation to 39, Good Shepherd Avenue, Balzan. For more information, call 2144 0085 or e-mail fr@hospicemalta.org.

With your help and support, Hospice Malta will evolve into St Michael’s Hospice, within a renovated hospice complex in Sta Venera. Besides offering the present free of charge palliative care services in the community to persons suffering from cancer and other serious illnesses, and their families, this will also be Malta’s first and only hospice inpatient unit.
