Pjazza Teatru Rjal has become synonymous with high-level jazz productions. The jamboree on Friday brings together international artists of the highest calibre for a unique jazz extravaganza.

Concert Climat is a powerful musical evocation of humanity’s struggle with the consequences of climate change. A trilogy of suites for jazz septet – four horns and rhythm section – the music, all original, was composed by Joe Makholm, French-American pianist and trombonist, and premiered by the Paris Jazz Repertory Septet during the COP21 climate conference in Paris in December 2015.

The jazz jamboree is taking place at Pjazza Teatru Rjal in Valletta on Friday at 8pm. Entrance is free but tickets need to be booked on https://www.kultura.mt/event/350.
