Joseph Zammit Tabona has been appointed non-executive director to the Medserv board.

Chairman Anthony Diacono said that with a career spanning more than 40 years in finance and industry, Mr Zammit Tabona’s contribution to the Medserv plc board was invaluable.

"He is an asset to our team and we look forward to working with him, he said.
