A collage made up of 6,893 pieces of wood, depicting the scene of St Paul breaking the bread on his way to Malta is being exhibited at St Paul’s Church in Valletta.

The collage Missierna San Pawl, measures 143 by 77 centimetres and is the work of Frederick Gingell of Valletta.

He spent four months working on it starting on January 9 and finishing the job, specifically done on the occasion of the Pauline Centenary, on May 9.

The church is open all day and the collage remains exhibited until July 15.
