A man was seriously injured when he fell a height of one storey in a garage in Vittoriosa on Thursday.

The 32-year-old, who police only described as 'an Arab,' was working in the garage on St Lawrence Street when the accident occurred at 11.45am.

Magistrate Monica Vella is holding an inquiry.
