A 42-year-old man from Valletta was grievously injured in an argument in Marfa, Mellieħa, on Monday.

The police said the brawl took place at around 12.15pm. A 32-year-old man from Ħamrun and a 37-year-old woman from Msida were also involved in the argument.

Police investigations are ongoing.
