Paul Sant Cassia (February 2) views a half empty glass in his shameful letter. Viewing the glass half full, I would say:

What about the successful conclusion for the Maltese authorities on the Erica tragedy?

The success of the Valletta Waterfront project including the cruise liner terminal?

Our newly built roads?

The income derived from the Freeport and the success of the reorganisation of the dockyards?

The luxury of our five-star hotels in the Sliema and St Julians area together with the new paving and traffic management in Paceville?

The St James Cavalier and Portes des Bombes among the many national buildings restored?

And last but not least, the Maltese people being the most content people in Europe?

How about having all these and much more for our euro designs?
