A mother and a daughter from Għaxaq have been reported missing.

The police were alerted to the disappearance of Marija Lourdes Bonnici and her daughter Angele Bonnici on Wednesday afternoon.

They were last seen the day before at around 7am at their Għaxaq residence. 

Any information about the two can be passed on to the police, in a confidential manner, on 2122 4001 or 119.

Information can also be passed on to the officers at the Żejtun police station.
