A motorcyclist was grievously injured in a collision on Ħal Far Road, Birżebbuġa, early on Tuesday.

The police said the 7.15am crash involved a Toyota Corsa driven by a 42-year-old woman and a Yamaha motorcycle driven by a 25-year-old man. Both are from Qormi.

The police are investigating.
