The Marsascala council will on Saturday morning inaugurate a new garden in the locality in honour of comedian Charles Clews on the occasion of the second anniversary of his death.

The council, in collaboration with Charles Clews’ family, will also be putting up an exhibition on the actor’s work and involvement in Maltese theatre at St Anne parish hall on Thursday at 8 p.m., followed by a musico-literary evening.

The exhibition will be open until next Sunday, daily between 5.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m., and on Sunday it will also be open from 9 a.m. to noon.
