The Nationalist Party’s executive committee has chosen Antoine Zammit as treasurer.

He replaces David Camilleri who resigned in June with immediate effect, after finding himself embroiled in an internal power struggle within the party.

The party said the executive committee also discussed the result of the extraordinary general council vote which confirmed Adrian Delia as leader with 68% of the votes cast.
