Pedestrian seriously injured after being hit by bicycle

A 58-year-old woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a bicycle in Għargħur.

The police said the accident happened at 8am in Triq Santa Katerina. Riding the bicycle was a 29-year-old man from St Paul's Bay.

The woman was hospitalised.
