Diners at Kaptan in Qawra can now enjoy a newly revamped à la carte menu offering a wide range of delicious dishes including innovative creations. The famous Maltese restaurant has been around since 1988, berthed in Qawra across the road from AX Seashells Resort.

“Just like our iconic attractions, signature dishes are an essential part of the guest experience when eating at Kaptan and should make our clients want to come back to enjoy more,” said Joseph Vella, general manager for AX properties in Qawra.

The upgraded menu has been tweaked, adding dishes to Kaptan’s already established and reputable menu. Truffle arancini, truffle cheese rolls, sesame prawns, sea bass salads and risotto with mussels and duck croquettes are just some of the new dishes which have been added.

Kaptan has also upped its meat game and included lactose and gluten-free options, as well as brilliant choices for children too. The new menu also caters for those in search of vegan food. The kitchen, as well as the staff, are flexible enough to create a dish from scratch, tailored according to the client’s request.
