The festival of Maltese song L-Għanja tal-Poplu 2018 has been won by ‘Mhux Kul ma Jleqq Deheb’ (Not all that glitters is gold), which was sung by Michela Galea. Lyrics were by Emil Calleja Bayliss to music by Renato Briffa.
‘Mhux Kif Ħsibt’ sung by 'Dwett' to lyrics by Giovann Attard and music by Pamela Bezzina and Alex Debono was runner up.
Allura by Joe Chircop and Philip Vella was third.
The show was held at Pjazza Teatru Rjal.
The special guests were last year's winner Jessica Magro and Eliana Gomez Blanco and Aidan Jay Drakard winners of last year's youth section.
Kim Dalli and Owen Bonnici were comperes.
