Three people aged between 20 and 24 are expected to be arraigned in court under arrest on Wednesday, after they were caught with drugs by the police on Monday night.

The police said the arrests took place in St George’s Bay, St Julian’s. Those arrested, all of whom are Africans, were carrying bags with cannabis grass and white powder suspected to be cocaine. The drugs appeared to have been prepared for trafficking. 

The police are investigating.
