Jomic Calleja, a 29-year-old man from Qormi who is sought by the police, was arrested in Taormina on Saturday.

Mr Calleja is undergoing court proceedings for alleged conspiracy to traffic cannabis.
He went off the police radar in December.

The arrest was made as Mr Calleja travelled on a train to Messina.
